At Bright Futures Book Hub, we want you to love every book you buy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help you resolve it quickly and fairly.
a. Eligibility for Returns
New Books
May be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
Pre-loved Books
Sold “as-is” and are non-returnable, except in cases of incorrect items delivered or major undisclosed defects.
b. Conditions
- Books must be in the same condition as sold (no markings, damage, or wear).
- A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Returns are accepted in-store or via courier at the customer’s expense.
c. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Allowed for the same title (if available) or another book of equal value.
Store Credit
Issued immediately if the exact replacement is unavailable.
d. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong book or a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.
